Having worked in large-scale law firms and as an in-house lawyer, Babs saw firsthand that the legal advice tailored to the needs of scaling businesses was lacking. Businesses like yours need an agile approach, quick turnarounds, a high degree of commercial awareness and a heavy dose of pragmatic no-nonsense. It was seeing this gap that led Babs to establish Jamieson Law in 2019.
Babs is qualified to practice in England and Wales, Scotland, Ireland, New York, and California. This is particularly useful for businesses who are scaling and who are considering the US as a growth route. She also brings with her FCA experience, which makes her advice and insights essential for any FinTech business.
Specialising in mergers and acquisitions, Babs places a major emphasis on building client relationships, understanding their business models, and supporting them on their growth journey.
